OUTLANDISH: FUEL YOUR EPIC COVER

For Outlandish: Fuel Your Epic, I designed a series of book cover concepts that visually captured Morgan Sjogren’s fearless, free-spirited lifestyle as the Running Bum. Using Morgan’s own photography, I aimed to create covers that felt wild, sun-soaked, and deeply rooted in the landscapes of the Southwest—inviting readers into her world of canyons, campfires, and endless trails.

The designs reflected a balance of grit and soul—combining Morgan’s personal stories, her passion for cooking on the go, and her love of the desert in a way that felt approachable, fresh, and full of movement. The covers needed to make readers feel the freedom that comes with living life on the road, one adventure at a time.
